Raceways
Raceways are used to increase aquaculture production and assure better control over water quality, flow and production staging. They can either be flow-through systems, or different levels of recirculation systems (RAS).
With its reduced water volume, and constant directional flow, it is ideal for exercising maximum control over dissolved oxygen levels to assure optimal conditions for a high Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and low mortality. Depending on the level of water re-use, our control systems can manage pumps, filters, aerators, Oxygen Cones, feeders and most other parameters needed to fully automate the production.
We also offer a cloud based data collection, documentation and management system Cobaliá that automatically captures measurements and production data into an easy accessible dashboard and control interface.
